I have the option of moving to Chuuk for business. What is it like there? Good place to live? Cost of living? Internet cost? etc.

Chuuk has a reputation of being violent and very unfriendly to foreigners (try running a search for chuuk and violence). When divers visit, they either stay on liveaboards or stay within the safe confines of their resort. Granted, this is all second-hand information gleaned from Chuuk travelers that I met in Yap, but the picture they painted was bleak.

Regarding Internet, keep in mind that there is no underwater cable connecting the Federated States with any mainland. So internet access is extremely slow anywhere in the region.

Agreed. PM me if you want further info- not second hand although a bit dated. And no- basically it is not a good place to live.
