Homestays on Yap and/or Pohnpei

Hi,
I'm just wondering if it's still possible to book homestays on Yap or Pohnpei or both. Last posts about this were years ago. Would anyone have a contact or website address? I'm hoping to visit sometime in April. I have sent two emails to the Yap visitors bureau, but no reply...yet.

In Pohnpei try C-Star Motel. They rent mainly small apartments and rooms for locals. A bit out of town, but still walkable distance; the exact coordinates are 6°56'47.3"N+158°11'43.6"E, I just spotted it on Google Earth.

I have been there a couple of years ago and paid 35 USD a night for an apartment. I don't think it's possible to book online, you should look for the number and call once you are there.
