Ship from Pohnpei to outer islands

In December/January I'd like to go from Pohnpei to the outer islands of Kosrae, Mo­kil, Pingelap, Sapwuahfik, Nukuoro, and Kapingamarangi. While I have read on several occasions that there are vessels leaving infrequently for this 10 day journey, I have not been able to find out when exactly the vessel departs. Extensive internet research and repeated mails to the Pohnpei harbour authorities did not yield any result.
Anyone has done this trip and could give me some information? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
