Airbnb reservation okay for visa?

Hi everyone! I am applying for my tourist visit to Nauru this week for my visit next month. I went to book a hotel and was told due to a conference every hotel on the island was booked. I was able to find a room on Airbnb, however, which has saved my trip (I hope). Do you think an Airbnb will be okay with the immigration authorities approving my visa? I'm going to give it a try either way but just trying to prepare for potentially having to change my dates. Thanks for your help!

Probably its even the same Airbnb as I was, as there are not much of them :)

If you would not mind to say, before the Visa letter was issued, did you need to pay for the Visa if you are a person from a country needing to do this? And if so, how did you do it? If you did Western Union, to whom did you send the money transfer?
