ATMs, Money changing?

So if it all works out and I'm able to go to Nauru this summer, it sounds like transactions will tend to be cash-only. Are there ATMs these days? Is it easy to change Euros or USD to Australian $, ideally at a fair rate? Or do I need to get hold of a s***load of Aus$ before I arrive there? Thanks in advance.

...And the answer is... bring AUD cash. There are ATMs, but I was told ahead of time not to count on them working. No exchange facilities at the airport. It's possible to imagine that hotels or other businesses might accept other currency in a pinch, but I assume one shouldn't count on it.
