Nauru - Boat hire

I am looking to arrange a visit to Banaba (Ocean) Island in Kiribati, some 300km East of Nauru - the nearest built up settlement.

Does anyone know of any contact details on Nauru of where I can possibly hire a boat that is able to make this trip? Failing that, the contact details for someone who may be able to assist with arranging this from outside of Nauru?

Hello there Xensio, I also am keen to travel to Banaba (Ocean Island) and have just been on the Nauru web site. Did you have any luck finding a suitable charter/boat/yacht???

When are you looking to visit Banaba? and no, I have not yet found a suitable boat. I am currently investigating possibilities of visiting from Tarawa. I will keep you posted if I find something suitable....
