4 days in New Caledonia - diving

I'll be in New Caledonia for four full days in early June wanting to do some diving (open water qual) with some beach chill time away from too much concrete or crowds.

Can anybody recommend good dive sites, a reliable company and a beautiful but reasonably priced place to relax? Is it worth leaving Grand Terre to go the Loyalty Islands for such a short stay?

Ile des Pins is a nice place if you want to get away from Noumea, but I don't know anything about diving.
