atm machines in New caledonia

Hi,

I am from New Zealand and am going on a homestay school trip to Noumea in April and was just wondering if we can access ATM machines while we are over there.

Yes, there are ATMs all over Noumea - in the city, the beach areas, the Airports etc. My ATM cards from Australia seemed to work in all of them.

Most probably , yes. My bank chaeges me. Not sure if the local bank does or not.

Hi,

I'm replying to this late and you already be in NC, but Mandja has been luckier than I have. My Commonwealth Bank keycard ONLY worked at the ATM's of the Caisse D'Epargne and the BNP.

Yes there are fees payable on each withdrawal.
