Castaway experience

Hi. I am going in new Caledonia with my wife at the end of october and its looks like the place to fulfill an old dream: spend a couple of days on a truly deserted island. I would like to go on a small islet, with no facilities and most of all nobody else! I am more than capable of organising my own camp and of sailing my own boat there, but I would like suggestions on where to go, if something like that would be allowed and if there is any danger I am not aware of. Also if you know anyone that could organise such a thing I would like the contact. Thanks!

My immediate reaction to this is that you may just have picked the wrong country.
New Caledonia has very few outer islands by the region's standards, and I am not sure any will match your expectations.
