Kayaking Trip - New Caledonia

If you could have a 2 week kayaking and camping trip in NC with a foldable kayak, where would you go?

Islands, beaches, coral reefs and local villages pretty much sums up what I am looking for.

Probably along the east coast of Grande Terre, especially the NE section, would be best.
That area has many Kanak-operated campsites where you do get charged a small fee for camping but they are usually gorgeously-located, VERY quiet and offer showers and maybe kitchen-use, plus save you the trouble of having to seek out landowners to ask permissions to camp elsewhere.
Also great opportunities for exploring the mountainous hinterland.
