New Caledonia Campsite Cooking Facilities?

What kind of facilities are available for cooking at New Caledonia campsites?

What are the chances of being able to plug-in a water heating coil? (If I can get boiling water I'm set.)

Most campites I have seen were attached to, or at least close to the owners' home, so cooking facilities were available somewhere.
And there was electricity, too.

NC is one of the best places to camp of all countries I have visited.
Great locations, decent facilities, affordable rates and no crowds.
