Travelling with a baby

Can anyone recommend any baby friendly accommodation in Noumea? We will be travelling with a 1 year old in late August and have a week booked at a resort in Bourail. We just need to find a spot to start and end the trip. Also any advice on rental car companies would be great. I'm hoping they have child car seats so we don't have to bring ours.
