Hi, I'm flying to Saipan from Cairns in Australia in early December. I change flights in Guam and I'm only at Guam airport for one hour before my flight leaves for Saipan. Can anyone tell me if I have to: 1. Collect my checked in baggage and check it in again at Guam? 2. Go through Immigration and Customs at Guam?
