Booking ahead or haggling

Hi,
I have been quoted these prices for 14 nights and 12 days diving in Palau, should I chance it and just get a flight and then haggle for rooms and diving or are the prices quoted pretty standard and reasonable?

Lehns Motel & Apartment 14N/12 days diving (2tanks/day) sgl occ @$2299.00 inclusive of airport transfer, lunch & drinks on dive days, weights, belt, tanks and transfer to/from hotel

The prices quoted seem reasonable. If you are a regular visitor to Koror, I would suggest you negotiate after you arrive. If this is a once in a lifetime trip,or you are traveling a great distance, I wouldnt gamble and would book ahead. In today;s travel environment, it is a buyer's market. Good luck and good diving!
