Economical Flights from Taipei to Koror, Palau

Hi All,

I'm searching for economical flights between Taipei and Koror for October. The cheapest flights on China Airlines that I am coming up with are about US$800, which seems quite incredible given the relatively close proximity.

Are there other airlines, routes, or websites that I should be checking for lower fares? I am not having luck when searching through Kayak or China Airlines direct website.

There are few options for flights to Koror. I don't know about the fares of Palau Airways but the rest of the options are (usually) (very) expensive.
Palau Airways started direct flights from Taipei to Koror some months ago. I think they'll keep running that route so you try to get info about their schedule and fares.
Another option could be to take the cheapest flight available from Taipei to Manila and a separate ticket from Manila to Koror with United.
You could also take a look at the fares of Korean Air and Asiana (both airlines changing planes in Seoul).

Koror is not exactly a busy hub for any carrier you can't expect the airlines fighting to get your business. $800 sounds about right.
