Hi,
Circumstances have temporarily retired me from travelling.
Starting a new journey through cooking various cuisines each week.
First week at random Czech Republic was drawn, easy enough.
Second week Palau. Looking on-line options seem limited or imported.
Just after some traditional recipes, obviously I can't make Fruit Bat Soup.
Does anybody have any suggestions or better still recipes?
