Any news about Bougainville-Solomon border?

I asked the same a few months ago, and back then there were no prospects of legal crossings between Buin in Bougainville and Solomon. A few weeks ago though, Prime Minister Marape visited Bougainville, and there were some news regarding the opening of border posts in South Bougainville, in order to cross legally to the Solomon Islands:

Does anyone have more news about? It is formally open to everyone or just local communities? Thank you

i would be really surprised to see any real moves to open the border ahead of the referendum on 23 nov

Therefore, would this mean the news is not true? Is there any way to know whether the two posts are open?
