Yes... you could change it at Jacksons International Terminal (Port Moresby) on the bottom floor. Rate is probably not great, but would be OK. If you are flying out via Cairns or Brisbane, you could change it in those airports too, which usually handle PNG Kina.

A carton of beer (24 stubbies) in the Supermarket is about PGK 80-90 (depending on your choice).
In a pub or bar, a beer is about PGK 6-9 each, depending on where you go.
