diving center in kavieng and kimbe bay

we are looking for a diving center in kavieng and in kimbe bay (talasea, kimbe or hoskins).

do you know a good diving center and a lodge (not too much expensive).

Walindi Plantation Resort in Kimbe is spectacular with some of the best diving in the world.

Have you tried Noosa Island, a short long boat ride accross Kavieng harbour?

Otherwise try contacting Kavieng hotel. Iam sure the local pub would know!
