Diving in Alotau

Hey there, I was recently in PNG and had the opportunity to spend a weekend in Alotau (Milne Bay), it was beautiful, accessible and a postcard of how I imagined tropical islands to be. I am just posting this to give visitors the heads up that there is a dive business based in Alotau and the guys that work there are fantastic, I had such a great time on my day trip through the islands that even my extreme seasickness was kept at bay. Lonely Planet (and I think Rough Guide) contain information that there is no longer a dive company in Alotau, however Shaun and the guys @ http://www.explorepng.com/ (link to site) are operating out of Airways Hotel and are doing a great job. After a few days in Port Moresby, Alotau was the perfect way to spend a weekend - friendly locals, beautiful beaches, amazing diving and snorkeling. Enjoy – happy travels.
