Guide Goroka Raphael Kogun

Avoid Raphael Kogun as a guide in the Goroka/Asaro valley area if possible. He was not reliable in terms of services provided. Paid upfront but he didn't come through on all the activities and didnt refund. Also he uses extended family members in the various villages and subcontracts guide services and fees to them but then doesn't pay them.
