Gulf Region in PNG

Hi

So I am travelling to the Gulf Province in PNG. I am wondering are there other ways to get to the following places other than flying: Kikori, Ihu, and Baimuru.

Any info about these places would be helpful. As I am looking at doing some medical work in these places with a NGO and we want to check out these places and possible places to go.

If you have any medical contact details in these places let me know clinics, hospitals etc.

Lastly just wondering if these places are very big, I am not :)
