Has anyone heard of these hotels in Vanimo: Silung and Varmoneh??

We will be in Vanimo for the night of the 27/09 and I'm looking at accomodation alternatives to Sandaun Surf Motel and Vanimo Beach Hotel as they both sound grim and expensive. I've found a French 2016 travel guide which mentions 2 places called Silung Beach Resort Lodge and Varmoneh Sea Resort, both in Vanimo. But haven't come across them in any of my research. Is there anyone out there who's heard of them or stayed there? Any opinions would be appreciated.
