I hiked the Kokoda Track back in July 2007 and it was an amazing experience. If I can help anyone by answering their questions that would be great! For your information my 8 friends and I did not go through a tour company, we organised it all ourselves and we had 100% success over the 10 day hike. | ||
Hi Maverick74 My girlfriend and I just posted a question on Thorn Tree aimed at getting some broad advice about PNG. Part of that was wanting to know how easy and expensive it is to arrange jungle treks. It looks like the Kokoda Track costs about $2-$2.5K if we arrange it from here. This is a long way out of our price range. Can I ask how much your trek cost and how easy was it to arrange? Many thanks Craig | 1 | |
