How can I find out Singsing festival dates?

Is there a reliable source where I can find out the exact Goroka Singsing festival dates as well as those in the other hill towns?

If you want to be on a cheap- untouristic and save place: Try the Buang festival near Bulolo.
You would be the second white man visiting this festival. There are huge waterfalls, caves and special burrial places in the same valley. Should be on every 6/7 August.
