rabaul mask festival 2011- what are the correct dates?

Hi, we are having trouble with the dates for the mask festival in Rabaul this year
we are trying to book flights ahead of time, but the dates we find for this year's festival has changed once and I'm afraid it will change again. It's expensive to change the flights with air niugini. Anybody have experience with this?
Any advise will help
