Visa for PNG in MANILA

Hello

I do need a visa for PNG - eu citizen - and I know there is a PNG High Commision in Manila.

I know as well there is a flight with air niugini manila - port moresby.
Does anybody know how difficult/ easy it will be to get a PNG visa in manila - paperwork/ time/ etc. ???

Have no experience getting a visa in Manila, but citizens of various EU countries (your profile says Chile?) can get PNG visas on arrival if flying into the country.
