weather

Hi,
we plan to visit PNG next year around this time, October and November. We would arrive from West Papua. So we simply want to know how is the weather in the hills and around the country?

On the coast it's always tropical, hot & high humidty even at night. In the highlands as you get to a higher altitude it will get cooler. Nights can be cold and days warm.
In terms of rain it varies depending on where you are. In Lae where I live it is dry season but it still rains ar night and sometimes during the day. Madang and Pt Moresby will be in wet season.
