A Wife's Birthday in Samoa

We're looking at 1 week in Samoa this coming April, and it'll be my wife's birthday during this time.

What are some options in terms of treating her on the special day?
Was thinking along the lines of a spa package, top class resort stay, ...etc.

No solid plans at this stage so all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
