Art project "Suns" - I am looking for person in Samoa to make a video.

Hello!
My name is Lukasz Radziszewski, I am a visual artist based in Warsaw, Poland EU. I would like to outline my art project titled “Suns”. Main idea of my work is to show essential places around the world in special time zones - and to make time hold for a 24 hours and make it visable for people.
I am looking for someone in Samoa, that can help me to recored two simple, mobile phone live streams of moments sunset and sunrise during coming equinox 23 of September 2017. Video will be shown with videos from another countries like: Australia, USA, China, France, Japan, Great Britain, Poland, Russia, India etc. Project will be shown in main Central Europe Galleries - National Gallery of Art "Zacheta", Galeria Arsenal and more. I want to show the image of outdoor space, landscape from Samoa. Person who will help me will be one of creators of project. I work on that project for many months - Samoa is necessary place in global map.
