booking a hotel in samoa using samoa-hotels.ws

Hey I was wondering has anyone booked their hotel in Samoa using the website samoa-hotels.ws? Is this a reliable website? Is a confirmation given that the hotel is actually booked? Also what do you recommend as the best way to book a hotel? I haven't yet gotten a reply to my emails from the properties I was considering. Thanks in advance for any info you can give.

I booked my first and last nights in Samoa via this web site. I got confirmation that the booking had been done and when then I saw the deposit go on my credit card. I had no issues - the accomodation was booked and was even picked up from the airport as arranged!
The other bookings I made I contacted the places in the first instance - googled them and sent an email. I did confirm these bookings a week prior to leaving just to be on the safe side.
