Booking Hotels Samoa

Hi.
I have booked plane ticket to Samoa. Have you used Samoa-Hotels.ws for booking your Samoa Hotels?
Was there service good, any non booking problems with this company when you arrived at each Hotel?

I just booked a few places through them just the other day and I was impressed with the service. Quick responses, good prices, and just an overall professional system they have in place. I have more faith in the bookings I made through them than I do for other reservations I've made for Samoa and elsewhere in the South Pacific.

The seem to do a good job. Everything takes time to filter thriugh mind you!!
Of course you can contact the resorts directly and save maybe $10/night

Yes... Why would you use a middle man when you can book directly with the hotel? In some cases, as in the beach fale, you will be paying considerably more if you use a booking agency...

I actually found some cheaper rates on samoa-hotels.ws versus the rates being quoted directly from the hotels/resorts. In no cases were the rates higher on that website, so I booked through them for the convenience of doing it all in one swoop.

I used samoa-hotels.ws in 2008 when I visited so it may have changed since. There was no record of our booking when we arrived at the hotel, possibly due to it being a late booking. The hotel could fit us in anyway though, so we weren't too fussed. As I said, their booking systems may have improved since then!
