Can anyone provide information on getting married in Samoa?

My fiance and I are going to Samoa for three weeks in March 2008. We would like to get married while we are there but have not yet made plans. I've found information on getting married at Aggie Greys, Coconuts, Sinalei Reef and La Vasa. I would appreciate information on any or all of those resorts as well as any others we haven't yet discovered. Thanks in advance.
