Ferry schedule from Apia to Savaii

Hi, Does any one know the last ferry from Apia to Savaii in the evening? I heard there are about 5 sailings a day, but couldn't get exact sailing schedule. We arrive in Samoa at 5:30pm and would love to go straight to Savaii, if possible.

Unfortunately this would not work. The last boat leaves at 4 pm. And the ferry does not go from Apia but from Mulifanua, which is quite close to the airport but about 20 miles from Apia.
If you do not want to go to Apia and back next morning to catch the ferry you can stay overnight at Aggie Grey's Resort (rather costly) or at the Airport Lodge, about 5 miles away. These are the only accommodation options around there.

Agree with wksamoa on this. Aggies is right next door and may not be the introduction to Samoa you are seeking if you are heading straight to Savai'i. A taxi in and out of Apia will cost $20AUD each way (about 40 tala), plus your accommodation in Apia. Airport Lodge is quite a bit cheaper and you could get a taxi to Mulifanua to get the ferry. If you are on foot, make sure you have something sorted about getting picked up on Salealoga on Savai'i as it can be a hassle getting the bus from there (there is a bus interchange but it is a few blocks walk).
