Flights between Samoa and Cooks

HI Folks, could you please assist with flights to and from Apia, Samoa and Rarotonga, Cooks, travel agents in Melbourne, Australia are not able to tell me which airlines fly between these Islands, apart from flying back to Auckland, NZ. I have checked websites for Air Rarotonga and Polynesian, but have not been able to find flights from Samoa to the Cooks.

AFAIK, There aren't direct flights from Samoa to the Cooks and you'll have to backtrack till Auckland in order to make that route.

Air Pacific (Fiji based) fly to Samoa but not Cook Islands. Virgin Pacific fly between various ports in Australia and New Zealand and both countries. Air New Zealand fly between New Zealand and both countries.
None fly directly between the two countries.
