Flights in the early hours

We are arriving into Apia at 12.420am and out again at 1.50am a week later. Can anyone give me any advice on
1) Hotels that offer transport from airport at that time in the morning even for a one night stay
2) What we can do with ourselves until check in time at midnight. We don't want to pay for a hotel room for just a few hours and don't drink enough to hit the bars and clubs in Apia until then! Do any hotels allow you to stay around if you've stayed there the night before?
