Getting tickets online

I need to get a ticket from Apia to American Samoa for the BOAT online. The website for the company is USELESS! Please help! I need it for onward travel!

I assume that you haven't been successfull making an online reservation through their 'make a booking' section but, Have you tried to contact them? Perhaps you can be more successfull that way. These are their contact us details.

Is there a reason why you can't buy tkts at the dock?

When I contacted them for the same reason they can make reservations for you by email but not by phone...so just send and email and it can be arranged.

Not only the shipping company is useless but also their airlines are. Both of them.
Their phone just ring off the hook and no one answers.
I will count with my luck arriving late evening on a Tuesday next month and try to catch the ferry to Pago the next morning, just hoping I can make my way to the port (at the other side of the island)
