maninoa v. salani v. sina pj v. other

I'm looking to boogieboard on upolu and stay at a fale. I have more or less narrowed my choice down to these three places. I would like like to be able to paddle out and surf a right. can anyone say whether that is possible at any or all of these and which might be the best option. Are they open after the tsunami. Or other fale ideas on Upolu are good also....

also, anyone surfed Saoluafata?
