| cyclingnomad05:56 UTC04 Aug 2007 | Greetings all travellers about to embark on what will surely be a fantastic trip to Samoa ...
I just returned yesterday from Samoa and have a special recommendation to make for anyone seeking an especially serene atmosphere while on the islands.
Manono island, located between Savai'i and Upolu, has the most beautiful lagoon, rich in traditional polynesian culture and friendliest locals of anywhere I visited during the two weeks. Leota, Sau and their family at Sunset View Fales will arrange an amazing Samoan experience including traditional story telling, cooking, basket weaving, spear fishing, snorkelling, traditional medicine ... whatever you're interested in - these people will help you learn and experience.
Enjoy your adventure people!

Thanks so much
P.S did you rent a car at all on your trip? if so how much did it cost and which company do you recommend?
