Samoa for Easter

Hi all.
I'm visiting Samoa for Easter - arriving Friday evening and leaving Tuesday morning.
What will be open?
(I know a lot of things will be closed, I'm asking for the smaller list - whats open).

And if I want to get around during those days, does anyone know whether buses/taxis/rental cars might be operating?
