Get updates if you are relying on the LP website for Solomon Islands info

Last night I could not access the forum, so looked at the LP website for information on Solomon Islands.
Basically, even though it is supposed to have been updated recently, it is way out of date. If you are going there, check elsewhere (eg the exploring Solomons Wikispaces site) and ask this forum, before going.
Example: it suggests rural Guadalcanal is not safe. This is very misleading - I have been travelling around Guadalcanal since 2004 quite safely, and anywhere along the main roads, which have been improved greatly in the last couple of years, is very safe for travel.
