4x4 tour in the french polynesia

I have a choice, which one of these french polynesia islands is the best to take a 4x4 tour of. moorea, tahiti, or bora bora? thanks

For a 4 x 4 tour I'd choose first Tahiti, then Moorea and Bora Bora last.

I very much agree with silvanocat. Tahiti is the largest and has the most accessible trails for 4x4. Fun way to get out and see the island as well.

Agree. I've never tried the 4x4 on Tahiti, since Tahiti is just a stopover. But my favorite is the 4x4 trip on Huahine. On Huahine, the 4x4 tour takes you to see a wide variety of things, including beach, mountains, polynesian history, and vanilla plantation. Moorea is really good too. But for Bora Bora, it's better to spend your time on the beach or in the water! :-)
