Is Village Pauline in Bora Bora still open?

Me & the wife are attempting to travel on a budget around French Polynesia & Easter Island next month. We finish up on Bora Bora May 1-5.

We have a tent & I had planned we camp there. Village Pauline was the best place to do this before, but I've been unable to get any confirmation if it is still open.

Can anyone familiar with the island tell me if village Pauline is still there? If not, anywhere else we can pitch a tent?

He is our friend and will likely let you place a tent on my land next to his for a fair price.
