Kuala Lumpur to Tahiti?Is that possible?

Just want to know does Kuala Lumpur connects to Papeete?Heard that the Tahiti Nui Airlines operates in there,but does it connects to Kuala Lumpur?

I'm not totally sure but I don't think Air Tahiti Nui flies into Kuala Lumpur - you can get PPT to NRT and they may code share with another airline to KUL - or you may have to book two separate flights. It has been awhile since I looked at Tahiti Nui's routes but I seem to recall that Toyko was the only Asian city they flew to. Hopefully someone will have more up to date information.

I assume that Kuala Lumpur to Auckland / New Zealand and Air Tahiti Niu to Papeete from there would be easier (and cheaper). There is certainly nothing nonstop.

You have two main options:

1) Fly from Kuala Lumpur to Auckland (Malaysia Airlines has direct flights but there are also options changing planes) and from Auckland to Papeete with either Air Tahiti Nui or Air New Zealand.

2) Fly from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo (several airlines make the route) and from Tokyo to Papeete with Air Tahiti Nui.
