Private Land Rental for Private Luau?

Hello all,
It has been a dream of mine to go to French Polynesia since I was a child. I have recently thought of the idea of having my wedding there. VERY small ceremony with only a handful of people.
I want it to be very basic (Not in a hotel with all the bells and whistles).
I would love to have a small ceremony in the jungle/beach and then a small luau/ party.

Things I would need are:
1.someones private land where I can rent the area for the ceremony and Luau.
2.some rentals for chairs, tables and food service.
3. Hire some Polynesians to help set up the food, prepare the luau and the food.

Does anyone know of a website, a service or anyone who would be able to help me set this up?

if you want to keep it sort of "not expensive".... french poynesia is NOT the place to start looking.

Yes I know French Polynesia is expensive. I know Samoa and Fiji are cheaper and similar.. but I wanted to check FP out first as it has been my dream since I was young. Just trying to see if I can find any info.

If you have not already done so, consider posting your question on the forum at www.tahiti-explorer.com. It has been a couple of years since I used that forum but do remember that there were several locals who would answer questions - if they are still there I would imagine they would be able to get you some contacts. You could also check out the Tahiti forum at tripadvisor.com. I recall a property for rent on a small motu in the lagoon which might suit your wishes - I'm sorry I don't have any other information about it. Good luck with your quest!
