Nous sommes un couple de sexagénaires,anciens de PF(20ans),petits retraités,sérieux,tranquille,ni Buveurs d'Alcool ni Fumeurs,qui recherchons à louer sur long terme d'ici 1 à 2mois,un petit studio de 20m²(suffisant),habitable(sans inconvénients d'insalubrité:fuites,etc...),totalement indépendant/e(NON chez l'habitant),entièrement équipé(1Table,3chaises,kitchenette,petit frigo,coin w.c-douche intérieurs,chauffe-eau à gaz ou électrique),dans coin plutôt calme,à Tahiti(Papeete ou...?),ou Raiatea,si possible entre 50000-55000xfp/mois MAXI,charges éventuellement comprises(?),par direct Propriétaire(sans Agence)sympa et arrangeant ne demandant "Illico Mandat-Cash" pour confiance réciproque:réservation certaine contre paiement certain à l'arrivée. We are a couple in our sixties,former of PF (20 years),little retired,serious,quiet,neither Smokers nor Drinkers of Alcohol,looking to rent on long term within 1-2months,a small studio(20m ² enough),livable (without inconveniences of insalubrity:water leak from roof,aso...),totally independent (NOT at the inhabitant),completely furnished(2 rooms,1 table, 4 chairs, kitchen area,small refrigerator, w.c-shower inside,gas water-heater or electric), in a quiet place of Tahiti (Papeete or ?),or Raiatea,if possible between 50000-55000xfp/month MAXI,loads possibly included(?), one month bail bond,and directly from Owner(without Agency)hoped nice for accommodating by not asking a "Straightaway Mandate(Cash Money order)" for reciprocal trusting: certain reservation and certain payment on arrival.
