Sheraton Moorea Lagoon Resort - foodCountry forums / Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea / Tahiti & French Polynesia
Looking at staying at the Sheraton Moorea Lagoon Resort in Nov and wondering if we should be buying the meal plan or pay as we go. It seems really expensive but then so does everywhere. Have got a good deal for the accom side. We would prefer not to eat in the resort the whole time and was wondering if anyone knows if there are any other restaurants close by or if there is a shop where you can buy snacks, bread, wine etc. Thanks

Hi Me again my message got cancelled! we stayed right next door (next beach) to the Sheraton Dec/Jan 06/07 for a month in a small hut called Fare Nani. We used to go every wens/sat to the Sheraton to see the Island night..Great fun. We ate there a few times and it was good..Pancakes at the bar on the lagoon were good value and tasty. There is a hambuger/piazza hut if you turn left as you come out of the main entrance, another place but it is a longer walk, is to your right at the main entrance. It is on the mountain side and if you bring your own bowl they will fill it to the top as a take away! There is a small shop near there on the lagoon side of the road. | 4
