Travelling in March ok?

We would like to go in March to Tahiti, but we read that the rainy season lasts until April. Does anybody know, if it's very rainy in March and if so, all day long?

I would suggest you check out wunderground.com - you can have a look at the weather for your dates for a number of years back. It won't predict what it might be like but you can get a feel for how much rain fell during the day as they usually show the weather hour by hour. There is also a travel planner option where you can get the average weather for your dates.
