It isn't Fiji or Tahiti, but I guess from your posts that you named them because they are probably the best known Pacific countries in the UK. The person who runs Surf Solomons has been involved in local conservation projects for years, and might be able to offer just what you are looking for.
Incidentally, the Pacific Islands TT forum is small enough not to specify a country.
