What does Lonely Planet have against Tiki Village Theater?

I've read Lonely Planet's Tahiti & French Polynesia guidebook from cover to cover. In the Mo'orea section, under "Sights", "Entertainment", "Live Music", etc...nothing about Tiki Village Center or Theatre. I get that some folk are anti- resort and tourist spots, but some of us old folks are disabled and past hiking and diving.
I admit, I love music and dance...even the corniest varieties.

Are you sure that it is still operating?

All I know is that it still has a website and that I plan to go there in a week or so.
What have you heard?

I remember going past it in the bus just over a year ago. It had that closed up look but maybe it is still open. I did not hear anybody talking about the place and there are a lot of hotels closed down and abandonded in French Poly since the drop in the economy. Sorry I cannot be more helpful but maybe somebody has more up to date info.
